Domestic Returns (UAE Orders):

From the moment you receive your order, you have a 3-day window to request a return or exchange for products delivered within the UAE. This policy is not applicable to orders from GCC countries or international destinations.

Please be aware that items bought during promotional periods are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

For a return to be accepted, items must be returned in their original, unused state, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required.

Refunds & Returns – UAE Specific Guidelines:

Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to cancel or request a replacement.
Return or refund requests are valid for incorrectly sent items, defective products, items damaged during shipping, or if delivery does not meet the expected timeframe.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take 15 to 30 days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges – UAE:

For exchanges, return the original item first. Once we process and approve the return, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds – UAE:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will update you on the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, which may take up to 45 days depending on your bank’s processing times.
